Founding program questions
How many founding spots are there?
3 to 5 HVAC companies in total, and never more than one per service area.
What does market exclusivity cover?
While you are an active client in good standing, HVAC Inbound will not take on another HVAC company in your service area. The area is written into your agreement as a list of cities or counties, so there is no argument later about where it ends.
Is the founding rate published?
No. Like all our pricing it is quoted in writing after your free audit. Founding clients get a reduced rate, and it stays locked for as long as you remain a client.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Founding clients are month-to-month like everyone else. Leave whenever you like, and keep your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and data.
Do I have to join the mastermind?
No. It is optional and included. Most owners join for the referral network and stay for the conversations.
What if I don't want my name published?
Then we anonymize it: no company name, no city narrower than your metro, nothing in file names. You approve every case study before it goes live.
